A wax melt is a small, scented piece of wax that is designed to be melted in an electric or tea light burner. Our wax melts work well in both a tea light burner and an electric burner.
If using one of our snap bars break off your desired amount, we recommend 1 or 2 pieces and place them in the well of your burner. If using one of our shot pots, remove the packaging and place the wax into the well of your burner. Please keep burners out of reach from children and pets and never leave unattended. When using a tea light burner we highly recommend using a 4 hour tea light as a 8 hour tea light can burn the scent off much quicker.
We aim to send out all orders that are made before 2pm Monday - Thursday within 48 hours. However this may not always be possible so please allow us 3 - 5 working days to post your order out. Once items have left us and are with the courier (Royal Mail) any damage caused in transit you will need to take up with them, as once the goods leave us we are not responsible for damage or loss of parcels.
We take great care in packaging your order in hopes it arrives to you in the same condition it leave us. However If in the event that your products arrive broken please be reassured that this will not affect your wax melts.
Unfortunately we do not offer returns or refunds on scents that you do not like.

Yes, we offer local delivery within a 5 mile radius. This service costs £1 and deliveries will be made on a Sunday unless otherwise stated. As we make to order and our wax needs time to cure so orders must be made by 6pm Wednesday to qualify for same week delivery. If you order after this day and time and we have your items already made up we will email you and let you know that we can deliver your items that same week. Local delivery will automatically be made available at checkout if your postcode is within a 5 mile radius.
